If you are going along for an annual health check soon and would like to tell us about your experiences, please join our meeting on the 19th of January 2022 at 2pm on zoom, where you will hear more about becoming an annual health checker.
We need you to tell us how it is for you when you have a check.

It can be a difficult time for many ladies who are going through the menopause and it is hoped that this leaflet can help you.
Remember to make an appointment at your doctors if you want to talk about it more and see if you need any help.
If you have a learning disability and live in Sunderland and still need to have your co-vid vaccine please get in touch.
If you can not go along to one of the vaccine sites we may be able to come and see you in your own home or college for example.
Some of the reasons you might not be able to attend are the following
Afraid of needles. Too much noise. Too many people. Anxiety and distress. Nobody to to get you there.
