New – Keeping Healthy during the menopause!

Please have a look at our leaflet that we hope you all find useful.

It can be a difficult time for many ladies who are going through the menopause and it is hoped that this leaflet can help you.

Remember to make an appointment at your doctors if you want to talk about it more and see if you need any help.

Do you still need your Co-Vid Vaccine?

If you have a learning disability and live in Sunderland and still need to have your co-vid vaccine please get in touch.

If you can not go along to one of the vaccine sites we may be able to come and see you in your own home or college for example.

Some of the reasons you might not be able to attend are the following

Afraid of needles. Too much noise. Too many people. Anxiety and distress. Nobody to  to get you there.

If you think it would be easier to get your vaccine at home, please phone the following number so we can talk about it.

Thank you

Ashley Murphy.
