Don’t miss out when it comes to your health
Do you have a learning disability or support someone who does?
If the answer is yes, make sure you tell your GP that you have a learning disability. They will add you to the learning disability register, and make changes to the care you get by making things a bit easier. You could also get a complete health check every year.
