Please find information here about how important it is to make sure you get your flu jab. Sometimes it can make you anxious about having a vaccination such as flu or your co-vid booster. If you are afraid please let your GP know this as they will try to make reasonable adjustments for you, they can also refer to the health promotion team who may be able to come and give you your vaccinations at home where you feel less anxious, so please ask them about this.
